7 weeks old

Ari spent the weekend with Bubba and Papa, so we were able to experience life with one child again.

We went to brunch and to church and to dinner in the evening - things we never would have managed doing with Ari when he was 7 weeks old. We felt like pros.

I missed Ari almost as soon as he was gone. There was no one to point out all the trucks to or to sing loudly with or to hand snacks back to in the car. The house was just as quiet.

It's so nice to have our little family back together again.
